In the 'General Options' section, you may edit the Discount & Tax.
NOTE:
Any discounts or tax applied in this section will not impact your Online store prices and customers may end up checking out with different prices than what is displayed in your catalog.
The discount you are applying here will not discount your products in your Shopify store. CatalogAce does not apply discounts or modify your store prices. This option only affects the catalog itself.
